According to researchers, drinking coffee can bring benefits to our health, but only if done in a certain way.

According to a study published at the scientific magazine European Journal of Preventive Cardiology, different methods of brewing coffee were studied and it was found the best way of drinking it.

After following for 20 years the effects and habits of coffee consumption in more than half a million people in Norway, the researchers found out that moderate consumption of coffee using this brewing method offers a lesser risk of cardiovascular mortality. Did you know that?

Besides that, the lowest mortality rate was found in people who drank one to four cups of coffee a day (small cups, like the ones used for espressos).
